Is Recruit CRM made for search firms?

Yes. Recruit CRM explicitly describes itself as an ATS and CRM for recruitment agencies and executive search firms.

Is Placely cheaper?

There is no fair blanket answer. Placely lists €99 per seat per month under German small business rules. Recruit CRM has US-dollar plans and credits for certain features. Check currency, billing terms and needed credits with the provider.

Is AI coming to Placely?

Yes. AI sendouts and matching are planned, but not usable yet. CV parsing is currently unavailable and is not announced here as a planned feature.
