Terms of service

For the use of Placely by businesses, between the customer and Lamptey Media.

Language

The contract is concluded in German. The German version (version 1, last updated 10. October 2026) is the only binding text. An English translation will follow.

In short

  • Placely is for businesses only; consumers cannot conclude a contract.
  • The first 14 days are free. The trial ends on its own and only becomes paid once you confirm in writing that you want to continue.
  • €99 per active member and month, billed monthly by invoice, payable within 14 days. No VAT is charged in accordance with § 19 UStG (German small business regulation).
  • Monthly contract; either side can terminate at the end of any calendar month by email.
  • Your data stays yours: export any time as CSV; after the contract ends you have 30 days to export before the workspace is deleted.
  • Personal data is processed under the data processing agreement. You are responsible for the lawful use of email campaigns and tracking.
  • German law; place of jurisdiction is Krefeld for merchants.
