Data processing agreement
Under Art. 28 GDPR between the company that uses Placely and Lamptey Media.
Language
The data processing agreement is concluded in German. The German version (version 1, last updated 10. October 2026) is the only binding text. It covers instructions, confidentiality, technical and organisational measures, sub-processors (netcup, Cloudflare, mailbox.org), data subject rights, breach notification within 24 hours where possible, audits and deletion at the end of the contract. An English translation will follow.
